Making Smarter Decisions About Steel
A major supply for the AEM membership is steel. Our conference theme, Traits of the Masters, would intimate that leaders in the industry today must understand steel’s volatile affect on price and delivery. Richard McLaughlin, from Hatch Beddows, will utilize his steel product and market expertise to deliver an honest assessment of the realities of iron ore, the demand in China and India, and China’s steel strategy. He will also share insights from his experiences with leading steelmakers to deliver a comprehensive view of the challenges that face the "masters" on both sides of the steel creation and use equation.
