AEM Intensifies Battle to Defeat
New Hampshire Dealer Legislation
AEM continues to battle New Hampshire legislation that would significantly alter dealer contracts and create additional costs for equipment manufacturers doing business in that state. The bill, SB 126, would repeal a longstanding law which currently regulates the relationship between equipment dealers and manufacturers.

A trade mission is being offered to AEM members to the autonomous Republic of Bashkortostan following the CTT and CONEXPO Russia trade shows in Moscow. Bashkortostan is directly east of Moscow and north of Kazakhstan.
