Ella Bowling brings over 20 years of experience in education and corporate training and development to her role at AGCO Corporation where’s she been leading since September 2023. As a dedicated professional on the AGCO Aftersales Training team, she leads the charge in shaping AGCO's Talent Pipeline through the development and implementation of a formalized Apprenticeship Program, collaborating with strategic training partners to deliver cutting-edge technical training curriculum and overseeing the launch and development of the AGCO AAS Degree in Diesel Technology at Parkland College.
Ella represents AGCO with industry and educational bodies, conducts annual reviews with training partners to foster best practices, and provides hands-on support in apprentice recruitment and management, particularly with youth organizations like the National FFA and SkillsUSA, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing the next generation of diesel technicians for the AGCO dealer network.

Kelly Peterson’s true passion lies in recruitment and development, and she is proud to have worked in the Human Resources field for over 20 years. As the youngest of five girls, growing up on a dairy farm in Southern Fond du Lac County, WI, she learned the importance of hard work and perseverance at a young age.
Kelly has worked at the Kondex Corporation in Lomira, WI, for 10 years and is currently the Organizational Development Leader, overseeing recruitment, development, and training. Kondex’s mission to help feed and fuel the world is dear to her heart and their dynamic team of associates work hard every day to carry out that mission.
