Brian Metcalf

President & CEO / Ring-O-Matic, Inc.

Brian Metcalf is President & CEO of Ring-O-Matic, Inc. He joined the company in 2015 and purchased the business in December of 2017. He has leveraged his industry experience in business development, sales, operations, distribution, and product development to expand the product offering and dealer network. Over the last 8 years, he has grown the company into a major supplier and manufacturer of vacuum excavation equipment, serving the underground utility contractor market segments, soft excavation contractors and the general needs of safe digging practices. Ring-O-Matic sells through over 85 dealership locations between North America and service centers internationally.

Brian started his career in central Iowa farming and is a 1989 graduate of Drake University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. In 1991 he opened a branch location for an equipment dealership in the Eastern United States and continued to manage equipment dealerships until 1995. Since spending time operating at the dealership level, he has held multiple roles in executive management focused on M & A and organic growth.

Brian has over 40 years of experience in leading closely held manufacturing organizations in the construction equipment and underground utility markets. Brian guides Ring-O-Matic in the expansion and development of new dealer coverage by providing product enhancements & improvements in customer satisfaction.
