Leandro Lecheta

President, North America Construction Segment / CNH Industrial America LLC

Leandro Lecheta is President, NA Construction Segment of CNH Industrial (a global leader in the capital goods sector that—through its various businesses—designs, produces and sells agricultural and construction equipment), with responsibility for the North America Construction Business, branded CASE Construction and New Holland Construction. In this role he provides leadership over CNH construction machines, parts and services for the North America Region.

Leandro joined CNH Industrial in 2007 and has served in a variety of positions in finance, sales & operations and supply chain, both in Brazil and USA, and in the Agriculture and Construction Segments. Prior to being appointed Vice President, he was a CFO at Alltech Animal Nutrition in Brazil, with South America responsibility. Before that, Leandro spent time in a variety of other assignments in Brazil, USA and Europe with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. 

Leandro earned a degree in Business Management from the University of Parana and graduate in Accounting at Tuiuti University, both in Brazil. He has a master’s degree in finance and marketing from the FGV Institute in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He currently serves on the North America Manufacturers Association.
