Pat Weiler is President & CEO of Weiler. He founded the company in 2000 and began producing equipment for major OEM manufacturers with the intent of developing new product. Over the last 22 years he has grown the company into a major manufacturer of multiple product lines for the paving industry. Weiler sells through 190 sales offices and service centers world-wide.

Pat purchased Caterpillar Forest Products in 2019. Weiler Forestry is located in LaGrange, Georgia.

Pat began his career as a Design Engineer in 1980 and became Director of Engineering in 1983. He held multiple roles in senior management until he started Weiler. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural engineering.

Pat has more than 42 years of experience leading the manufacturing efforts for diverse privately held agricultural and construction equipment companies. Pat leads Weiler in the development of new products while enhancing relationships with dealers and customers.
