Executive Vice President of North America Dealer CE & Ag Sales / JCB Inc.

Shane Coates

Shane Coates currently serves as Vice President of Agriculture leading sales, marketing, and distribution development for the JCB Agriculture Business in North America.

Shane holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Georgia. Shane is a Certified Public Accountant and is also an Executive Scholar of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Shane has over 20 years experience in the Agriculture and Construction equipment manufacturing business with JCB and John Deere. Growing up farming and as the son of an agriculture equipment dealer general manager and salesman, Shane has a great appreciation and respect for the life and experiences of the industries’ customers and dealers.

An effective communicator and team builder, under Shane’s leadership, JCB Agriculture has delivered record growth and JCB’s dealer network has rapidly expanded.
