With more than 35 years of experience in equipment and agriculture, Todd Stucke has established himself as a transformational leader within the industry. As the first American to lead both Kubota Tractor Corporation in its more than 50-year history, and now Kubota North America as President, he brings a distinctive perspective to his expanded role as General Manager of Agri Solutions (Technology & Innovation focus) for Kubota Corporation in Japan. Stucke's leadership is anchored in a commitment to agricultural innovation and delivering customer solutions that advance Kubota's mission to usher in a new era of intelligent, right-sized, user-centric equipment.

Whether fostering greater synergy between North America and Japan or serving on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Board of Directors, Stucke leverages his deep experience and trusted relationships to shape the future of the industry. He will remain on the AEM Board where he served as Chairman in 2024, following previous positions including Vice Chairman in 2023, Treasurer, and Ag Sector Board Chairman in 2020.
