Nomination Form

We are pleased to accept nominations for induction into the AEM Hall of Fame year round. As off-road equipment industry professionals, it is our privilege and responsibility to pay tribute to the diverse individuals who became pioneers, inventors and leaders—making a significant and lasting impact on our industry and our world.

Inductees into the AEM Hall of Fame should exemplify key guiding principles:

  1. Innovation
  2. Industry Contributions
  3. Leadership
  4. Corporate Citizenship/Social Responsibility

Summary: Provide examples and commentary on direct and specific contributions of your nominee that demonstrate their depth/scope.

Explain how the nominee brought new products, programs, business methods, or business models to market or improved upon existing products or processes.

Explain the high quality and value of the nominee’s career in relationship to the overall industry (can include changes/improvements, recognition, participation in industry/community initiatives)

Explain how the nominee’s leadership advanced the health of the industry/company as a whole (can include style/business decisions/outcomes)

4. Corporate Citizenship/Social Responsibility

Explain how the nominee demonstrated leadership in corporate citizenship/social responsibility (such as supporting worthy causes to advance industry and general social wellbeing to make a positive difference for the company, employees, industry, community, for example).

Supporting Document

You may attach a single Word document or PDF in addition to the application. Supporting materials must only cite direct accomplishments of the nominee. Consider, at a minimum, providing photo of nominee and of their new/improved product(s)/programs, etc. General company marketing materials will not be forwarded to the judges. The nomination must be able to stand alone if the judges choose not to read your supporting materials. Please make a copy of your nomination before sending, for your files.
