Over his 32+ year career with Caterpillar, Jeff has lived in three countries (US, Canada and Australia), and has worked with dealers and customers across multiple locations, industry segments, plants and operations. Jeff has a passion for supporting and serving employees, customers, dealers and the global community. He has expertise in people development, customer experience, business acumen and enjoys supporting the on-going legacy of Caterpillar.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife Cheryl, his three kids – Andrew (spouse Victoria), Ryan (spouse Adia) and Carley - and as a foster-dad. He is a community advocate who supports local, state, national and international non-profit organizations.

Jeff started his career in 1992 with the Backhoe Loader Product Group as a Service Engineer before moving on to roles in Excavators, Service and Warranty Operations. He then became a Service Representative and Technical Manager in dealer facing field-based roles, and then into commercial consultant roles for Forestry and Quarry & Aggregates before taking on a Blackbelt position for projects like Product Link Standardization and Dealer Readiness.

He has spent the last 20 years with Caterpillar in a variety of leadership roles including his current position as the Director of Training for Global Dealer Learning. In his previous roles as Director of Distribution (District Manager) in Melbourne, Australia, Asia Pacific Division (APD) Construction Technology Commercial Manager and the Facility Manager at the Tinaja Hills Demonstration and Learning Center, he has worked directly with dealers and customer around the world.

Lindsey Kriete is a senior executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in driving success and leading teams. With expertise in operations, HR, process improvement, and organizational development, she has a proven reputation for achieving results in both privately held and nonprofit organizations, including start-ups and legacy companies.
