Dave Hughes is the Vice President of Global Sales at McElroy Manufacturing, where he has spent the past 25 years helping drive the global adoption of polyethylene piping solutions. He works closely with contractors, utilities, and industry partners to advance fused pipe systems that improve infrastructure reliability and longevity. In addition to his role at McElroy, Dave serves as Chairman of the Alliance for PE Pipe, a grassroots initiative focused on helping municipalities modernize aging infrastructure with monolithic polyethylene piping systems that resist leaks, corrosion, and premature failure. He also serves on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Construction Sector Board, supporting industry collaboration and innovation.

Mike Mills is the Director of Sustainability Solutions for Reinke Manufacturing and has over 30 years’ experience in the irrigation industry on both the landscape and agriculture sectors. He is a Certified Irrigation Designer for Residential, Commercial, Golf, and Agriculture as well as a Certified Irrigation Contractor and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor. He has been an instructor for the Irrigation Association for over 20 years. Mike is the chair of the Water Management Leadership Group for AEM and sits on the federal and state government affairs committees for both AEM and the Irrigation Association.
