The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA) recently celebrated 75 years of serving as a resource and advocate for the farm equipment industry – culminating in a celebration at its 2025 Marketing & Distribution Convention from Oct. 27-30, 2025.

The association celebrated with dinner, awards, music, and a conversation with Super Bowl champion Kurt Warner. AEM Senior Vice President Curt Blades was also in attendance at the event, where he provided remarks and presented FEMA leaders with a plaque commemorating the association's anniversary and recognizing its achievements on behalf of shortline farm equipment manufacturers.

“AEM was proud to be a part of FEMA’s 75th anniversary celebration,” said Blades. "For three-quarters of a century, FEMA has worked to support manufacturers of specialized agricultural equipment, their suppliers, and their distributors as they bring choice, value, and innovation to agriculture.”

To commemorate the association’s 75th anniversary, FEMA also collaborated with Lessiter Media, publisher of Farm Equipment magazine. The project includes a history book and a documentary, which aims to educate and entertain audiences by highlighting the association’s members and its growth over the years.

About the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association

In 1950, a group of manufacturers recognized the need for a common voice that could connect them with one another and represent their interests; that year, they founded FEMA. Seventy-five years later, the association is still serving the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry, providing industry leadership to enhance business opportunities and profitability to its members.
