Tools, resources, and insights meant to help AEM members build momentum in 2025 and beyond were shared with attendees at this past Tuesday’s special AEM member event at BOMAG Americas, Inc. in Ridgeway, South Carolina.

Organized and led by AEM staff and BOMAG leaders, the event served as a valuable opportunity for dozens of AEM members in attendance to learn about the leading-edge benefits and services the association provides its members.

“The work AEM is doing on behalf of its members and the industries they serve is vital toward fostering growth in equipment manufacturing and building long-lasting relationships that benefit us all,” said BOMAG President Brian Bieller. “BOMAG was honored to host this special AEM member event at our Ridgeway campus, and we welcome the opportunity to host or attend future events aimed at helping advance our industry and support fellow AEM members.”

The agenda for the Feb. 25 event included:

  • An overview of BOMAG & the Fayat Group by Bieller
  • A refresher on AEM member benefits from association Account Success Advisor Paul Malek
  • A guest presentation on workforce strategies and tactics from Green Mountain Lion Managing Partner Kristie Stern
  • A timely and relevant market update from AEM Senior Director of Market Intelligence Al Melhim
  • A tour of the BOMAG facility

Discussions on top business challenges that AEM members submitted during their recently completed membership renewal process

AEM members looking for more resources and insights to help drive decision-making within their respective organizations should consider attending one of the upcoming special member events:

“AEM is committed to providing its members with the resources and insights they need to drive decision-making within their organizations and help advance the industry forward,” said AEM Account Success Advisor Sara Stromski. “We appreciate BOMAG for hosting a great event, and we thank our participating members and fellow attendees for joining us to hear how AEM builds momentum for equipment manufacturing.”
