CONEXPO-CON/AGG is quickly approaching, and it’s essential that attendees create a plan for their time both on and off the show floor prior to arriving in Las Vegas. The following overview highlights key show experiences that attendees should keep in mind when preparing for North America's largest trade show.

Unlock Your Potential: Education Opportunities Await at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

Education is a cornerstone of CONEXPO-CON/AGG, and North America’s largest construction trade show delivers a comprehensive lineup of panels, workshops, and keynote conversations designed to help attendees stay ahead of a rapidly evolving construction landscape.

  • 150+ Education Sessions: The show offers more than 150 educational sessions, organized across clearly defined tracks which allow attendees to tailor their learning experience around the challenges and opportunities that are most relevant to their business. Covering topics such as emerging technology, workforce development, safety leadership, sustainability strategies, and best business practices across the industry, these programs are designed to meet attendees where they are – and help them prepare for what’s next.
  • Signature Workshops: Three dedicated workshops have become signature education experiences at the show:
    • The EmpowerHER Workshop connects women across the construction industry through peer-led discussions, mentorship, and leadership development. Women now make up 11% of the construction workforce, reflecting a 32% increase since 2016. Participants will explore how to apply best practices that expand their network, elevate visibility, and strengthen long-term career resilience.
    • The Small Business Workshop is tailored to the unique needs of entrepreneurs, family-owned firms, and growing construction businesses. Small businesses are the pulse of the construction industry, and this workshop gives decision makers a place to learn from one another and build relationships.
    • Shop Talks & Walks is a hands-on educational experience, focused on preventative maintenance, fleet efficiency, and real-world equipment solutions. This workshop focuses on building lasting efficiency and giving attendees the tools to keep their equipment running at peak performance.

Insightful Conversations at The Ground Breakers Keynote Stage

New for 2026 is the Ground Breakers Keynote Stage, a high-energy forum focused on companies, industry leaders, and technologies that are redefining the future of construction. The Ground Breakers Stage, presented by Sherwin-Williams, will feature keynote conversations centered around:

  • AI at Work: How artificial intelligence and next-gen technologies are reshaping projects, productivity, and safety.
  • The New Sustainability Playbook: Discover how the industry is building greener, and smarter.
  • Smarter Tools, Smarter Sites: What’s next for the connected systems that are revolutionizing the way we build.

Keynote presentations from John DeereAmazon Web ServicesAutodesk, and Caterpillar will take the stage from March 3-5. If industry professionals are unable to attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG, these presentations will be live streamed here.

On March 6, CONEXPO-CON/AGG and AEM are partnering with POLITICO to host a timely conversation on what’s next for American infrastructure. POLITICO will bring together power players from politics, government, and industry for in-depth conversations on the policy decisions being made today that will shape infrastructure – and the construction industry – tomorrow.

The program will then feature the Next Level Awards, which showcase the cutting-edge innovations and advancements from 20 finalists that are shaping the future of construction and heavy equipment. Attendees have the chance to vote on-site for their favorite in each category during show hours from March 3-5, by scanning a QR code in the finalist’s booth.

Creating Connection in The Community Zone

The Community Zone is CONEXPO-CON/AGG’s gathering place for conversation and connection, a welcoming open-access space to pause and recharge during the show. Attendees can experience live podcast recordings, casual presentations, and conversations with industry professionals on the Community Zone Stage.

More than a meeting spot, the Community Zone reflects the spirit of CONEXPO-CON/AGG. It’s where meaningful connections spark new ideas, partnerships begin, and the construction community comes together at a scale found only at CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

Network in Las Vegas After Dark

When the show floor closes, the fun continues at CONEXPO-CON/AGG After Dark, a three-night series of exclusive networking events across Las Vegas.

The week kicks off Tuesday, March 3, with the After Dark Kickoff Party at Atomic Golf, featuring live music, a premium open bar, and interactive bays for a one-of-a-kind social experience. Wednesday’s Beer Tasting Experience offers a relaxed atmosphere with curated tastings and a live DJ. Thursday’s Nightlife Experience brings attendees together at one of the city’s top clubs for a high-energy close to the week.
