Anticipation for World of Asphalt 2025, set for March 25-27, 2025, in St. Louis Missouri, continues to grow for both exhibitors and attendees as the show approaches.

Exhibitors at World of Asphalt are provided with numerous benefits as a part of their participation in the event– some of which they may not know about, but would be especially useful to them leading up to this year’s show.

One particularly exciting and exclusive benefit offered to exhibitors is the customer and dealer program, which allows exhibitors to extend a special invitation, at a discount, to potential attendees of the show. Exhibitors may be interesting in inviting a variety of potential attendees, including:

  • VIP customers who have purchased a high volume from the exhibitor
  • Potential customers who may be interested in new product offerings
  • Staff from equipment dealerships who won’t be working in the booth, but would like to attend
  • Producers of products that support their industry
  • Any other attendees they may want to invite via social media or direct contact

Promotional codes to invite attendees can be accessed via the free marketing kit for the show, which includes several templates for banner ads, email signatures, social media posts, and more, that include both the exhibitor booth number and promo code for effortless sharing.

These codes cost the exhibitor nothing to share, but they give the best available discount on an attendee badge available before the show – an even steeper discount than what is being offered by the World of Asphalt show marketing team. Promo codes can also be accessed on the exhibitor dashboard in Map Your Show, and on the registration site.

“The customer and dealer program drives a great deal of value for exhibitors, at no cost,” said World of Asphalt Show Director Brittany Schmidtke. “There is so much to gain through use of the program’s resources, as attendees and exhibitors alike will see the benefits in reduced costs and increased booth traffic.”

Through the registration site, exhibitors have a couple different sharing options:

  1. Copy a link with their unique promo code embedded in it and share with potential attendees they want to invite. When those attendees click on the link to register, the code will be automatically entered for them.
  2. Purchase a discounted badge on behalf of the attendee that they would like to invite, which will cost almost the same amount as the exhibitor booth staff badges. That attendee will then receive email confirmation that an exhibitor has purchased a badge for them, including instructions on how to finish the registration process.

This exclusive benefit can only be offered by exhibitors to potential attendees of the show, and it’s an incredibly low-risk, low-effort offer that exhibitors can take advantage of to promote their presence at World of Asphalt and drive traffic to their booth. By utilizing this benefit, and the variety of other benefits that are available, exhibitors will be set up for success and gain greater value from their show experience.
