Grant Adolph

Chairman of the Board & Chief Operating Officer / Buhler Industries, Inc.

Grant Adolph has more than 45 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Operating Officer with Buhler Industries Inc., Grant has been with the company since 1975. Following his Mechanical Engineering Technology training, Grant joined the Versatile team as a Manufacturing Engineer and grew with the organization through many roles including senior management positions in production, service, product management and operations, while obtaining a Professional Manager Designation, through the Canadian Institute of Management and University of Manitoba. Over the years, Grant has been pivotal in various brand acquisitions and ownership changes. 

Today, as Chief Operating Officer, Grant provides leadership and mentorship throughout the organization, and guiding the development of the company’s future vision.

In addition to his Chairman position with Buhler Industries and Ag Sector Board role with AEM, Grant serves on the Board of Directors’ for the Vehicle Technology Centre Inc., Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada, and Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute. Grant has strong agricultural roots being raised on a fourth-generation farm in southwest Manitoba which his family continues to own today.
