Kurt Buehler

Group President / MacDon Industries Ltd

Kurt Buehler

Kurt Buehler is the Group President at MacDon Industries, headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Kurt leads MacDon’s global team to develop leading agricultural equipment and support that maximizes harvesting profitability through great people and strong relationships.

Kurt has held roles in engineering, operations, strategy, and executive management including international placements. Following a 10-year career in aerospace, Kurt joined the agricultural industry in 2008, helping MacDon build a world-class manufacturing operation to produce equipment that helps feed the world’s growing population. Kurt has a passion for building a better future through respect and teamwork, developing individuals, and taking deliberate action.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree and Bachelor of Ancient History and Civilization from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from the Asper School of Business.
