Jamie Roush

President & General Manager - North America / Dynapac North America LLC

Jamie serves as the President & General Manager of Dynapac North America, a division of the Fayat Group, a global leader in compaction and paving equipment. With extensive experience in the construction equipment industry, Jamie is an accomplished leader known for fostering strong partnerships, driving innovation, and delivering significant business growth. Under Jamie's leadership, Dynapac North America has achieved record-setting growth, expanding its market presence and introducing advanced technologies like Seismic compaction.

In addition to overseeing operations across North America, Jamie is deeply committed to promoting industry collaboration and supporting philanthropic initiatives, such as the company's partnership with Dream On 3. Jamie's strategic vision includes the development of Dynapac's new headquarters and Global Competence Center in Rock Hill, SC, which will reinforce North America as a hub for innovation.

Jamie is a member of the AEM CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 Management Committee, where he contributes to shaping one of the largest and most influential trade shows in the construction industry.

With a degree in Physics from Muskingum University and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Cleveland State University, Jamie brings a strong technical foundation to their leadership role.

Jamie and his wife Alison have been married for 25 years and are the proud parents of two sons: Ian, 24, and Tanner, 21. Ian has joined Dynapac, further strengthening the family’s ties to the construction equipment industry while Tanner is attending the University of South Carolina.

A passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Jamie balances a results-driven leadership style with personal pursuits. An avid runner, Jamie has completed marathons and ultra-distance races and continuously works to improve his performance. Outside of work, Jamie also enjoys golfing and spending time with family at his house in Pawleys Island, SC.
