Yannick Montagano

President / Kubota Canada Ltd.

Yannick Montagano has been President of Kubota Canada Ltd. since July 2022. He has been with Kubota since 2018 and held various executive positions in Canada. He also currently provides leadership to Kubota North America's marketing and product development activities.

Yannick has worked over twenty-five years across North America in the industrial business-to-business sector. His career has brought him to companies operating across the value chain from supplier to Original Equipment Manufacturer to distributor. He has managed the P&L of several businesses and successfully led teams in various functions including sales, marketing, operations and engineering.

Yannick earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a professional engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University. Throughout his academic and professional career, he has served in relevant industry associations, including the Society of Automotive Engineers, and held various leadership positions within them. He currently serves on the AEM's Governmental & Public Affairs Committee and the Ag Sector Board.
