Compensation Committee

Objective

To review the performance of the AEM executives and determine their next year’s salaries and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct AEM President performance evaluation
  • Give final approval on compensation for President and Senior Team and provide feedback on compensation for Leadership Team
  • Review salary ranges and compare to market rates provided by consulting firm
  • Help determine who is comparative association to determine market rates

  • The current AEM Chair serves as Compensation Committee Chair

  • Current AEM Officers (AEM Chair, AEM Vice Chair, Ag Chair, CE Chair, Treasurer)
  • Immediate past AEM Chair
  • Incoming AEM Vice Chair
  • AEM President
  • AEM Vice President of HR
  • AEM legal council
  • There are no term limits
