Compensation Committee
Objective
To review the performance of the AEM executives and determine their next year’s salaries and incentive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct AEM President performance evaluation
- Give final approval on compensation for President and Senior Team and provide feedback on compensation for Leadership Team
- Review salary ranges and compare to market rates provided by consulting firm
- Help determine who is comparative association to determine market rates

- The current AEM Chair serves as Compensation Committee Chair

- Current AEM Officers (AEM Chair, AEM Vice Chair, Ag Chair, CE Chair, Treasurer)
- Immediate past AEM Chair
- Incoming AEM Vice Chair
- AEM President
- AEM Vice President of HR
- AEM legal council
- There are no term limits
Meetings
- One to two times per year virtually or by conference call.
