Agrievolution Steering Committee

Objective

Identify areas in which the Agrievolution Alliance and the Agrievolution Statistics program can work to support AEM’s Ag Sector Board priorities as well as the health of the industry from a global perspective.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas in which the Agrievolution Alliance can work to support AEM’s Ag Sector Board priorities as well as the health of the industry from a global perspective.
• Recommend initiatives and activities the Alliance could undertake that will support AEM member companies and the industry in conducting business globally.
• Provide recommendations on how to maximize the value of the Agrievolution Statistics program to AEM member companies.

2023 Priorities

• Establish a thorough understanding of the Alliance and its activities to date.
• Prioritize Alliance activities from an AEM perspective.
• Propose new initiatives and activities that would benefit AEM members and the industry for Alliance consideration.

Leadership

• The committee leadership consists of a Chair elected by the group. It is expected the Chair will serve two one-year terms.

Composition

• The committee is composed of up to five AEM Ag Sector Board members.

Meetings

• One face-to-face meeting held in conjunction with Board meetings if convenient.
• One to two virtual meetings/conference calls as required.
