AEM’s Shahree Douglas Earns Dual Professional Certified Marketer and Certified Digital Marketing Professional Designations

DouglasAEM’s Shahree Douglas recently completed the Digital Marketing Institute and the American Marketing Association’s Digital Marketing Pro Program.

Douglas, who joined AEM in October as its new Director of Association Services Marketing, is now dually certified as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.

“These certifications are aligned with my career goals and will help me enhance my marketing skillset to ensure our 1,000-plus AEM members engage with our great services and maximize their involvement in the association,” said Douglas.

In her current role, Douglas is tasked with leading AEM’s Association & Services Marketing Team in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to drive growth and engagement in AEM services, events and education.

Prior to joining AEM, Douglas worked in a variety of roles within the nonprofit, private and public sector fields. She possesses nearly 20 years of integrated marketing and communications experience, combining her skills, experience and education to help support both people and companies – ensuring they have both the knowledge of, and access to, available resources.
