Youth Industry Engagement CouncilThere’s no overstating AEM’s commitment to supporting farmers and agriculture equipment end users alike. That’s why the association is diligently working to champion the efforts of groups like FFA, the Agriculture Future of America (AFA), and 4-H, as well as build upon its legacy of advancing the future of ag.

Led by AEM Ag Services Manager Trevor Calewart, the association has established a Youth Industry Engagement Council to help identify and prioritize engagement opportunities with various youth organizations.

“We are excited to launch this council to bring our members together and discuss the great work being done with the next generation of leaders in our industry. This council will work toward greater industry involvement and active participation with youth organizations, which grow businesses now and in the future,” said Calewart.

The council’s goals include:

  •  Leveraging engagement opportunities with youth organizations (like FFA, AFA, and 4-H)
  • Advocating for programs and initiatives that align with youth organizations
  • Increasing AEM member and industry involvement with these groups

“We’re thrilled to be able to work alongside our members to help develop ways to foster greater engagement with youth organizations and collaborate on strategies and tactics to support promoting them to the wider public,” Calewart added.
