CONEXPO-CON/AGG this week announced the show’s new Ground Breakers Stage will feature industry’s top innovators and visionaries with Jahmy Hindman, senior vice president & chief technology officer with AEM member company John Deere, highlighted as one of the featured keynote speakers for the influential week.

Hindman will be joined by John Deere colleagues Maryanne Graves, manager, product management, as well as Jonny Spendlove, manager, precision construction, on the Ground Breakers Stage on Tuesday, March 3 at 11 a.m., spotlighting the innovation and technological advances propelling the construction industry forward.

“We’re genuinely excited to be part of this first-ever keynote event at CONEXPO-CON/AGG,” said Hindman. “Contractors are out there every day building the roads, bridges, and systems that connect our lives—and they’re facing real challenges, like finding skilled workers. At John Deere, we’re committed to helping them tackle those challenges with technology that’s not just smart, but purposeful—designed to help them get more done, more efficiently, and more profitably.”

Every three years, nearly 140,000 construction leaders gather together in Las Vegas to showcase innovation, technological advances, challenges and opportunities impacting the U.S. construction industry.

Keynotes and presentations on the Ground Breakers Stage, presented by Sherwin-Williams, will be features of the show, occurring in Las Vegas March 3 – March 7, 2026, complementing robust educational programming and more than 2,000 exhibitors across the 2.9 million sq. ft. of exhibit space. In addition to John Deere, others featured on the stage will range from the leaders of Fortune 100 companies to successful entrepreneurs, and those will continue to be announced in the months ahead.

“The Ground Breakers Stage is bringing forth the most innovative leaders in our industry who are making strides in autonomous and technological advances and changing the way we work, hire, and build,” said Dana Wuesthoff, show director at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. “John Deere is pioneering conversations that are crucial to our industry, and we’re thrilled for those conversations to converge at the Ground Breakers Stage.”
