Cummins announces 3 key leadership changes. Cummins announced leadership changes at the executive level, with promotions for Srikanth Padmanabhan, Brett Merritt and Bonnie Fetch. (Source: OEM Off-Highway) 

CNH reduces their leadership team as part of a broader restructuring. The agriculture equipment manufacturer said a streamlined corporate structure would allow it to focus on strategic priorities, including technology. (Source: Agriculture Dive) 

Kubota enters the telehandler market. Kubota UK expanded into the materials handling sector, with the launch of its first ever compact telehandler. (Source: Access Briefing) 

Kubota caps dealer locations nationwide with new policy. Kubota’s memo explained that dealer store locations would be capped starting at 6 in states with 10 or fewer Kubota locations up to 25 stores per ownership group in states with 51 or more Kubota stores. (Source: Farm Equipment) 

JCB breaks ground at new $500 million North American factory. Work on the 720,000 sq. ft. factory is under way on the 400-acre site. It will be the company’s second-largest plant. (Source: Farm Equipment) 

CNH makes changes to their global leadership team. The company said the changes will empower it to carry out faster and more effective delivery of its strategic priorities for profitable long-term growth globally in the agriculture segment. (Source: Farm Equipment) 

Kubota North America ventures into crop monitoring services by acquiring Bloomfield Robotics. Bloomfield’s purpose-built cameras are mounted on tractors and other vehicles allow for the capture of detailed plant-level, geo-located images of the entire farm. (Source: Rental Equipment Register) 

Manitou expands U.S. plants to produce new compact loader, telehandler lines. The company cut the ribbon for the expansion of its Yankton telehandler and articulated loader plant in September. (Source: Farm Equipment) 

Kubota North America Ventures Acquires Bloomfield Robotics. Bloomfield Robotics, a Pittsburgh-based start-up using advanced imaging and artificial intelligence (AI) to monitor the health and performance of specialty crops one plant at a time, has been acquired by Kubota Corporation. Milwaukee Tool Opens its Largest U.S. Manufacturing Plant. The new plant, which the company says will employ more than 800 people, is in Grenada County, Mississippi. It’s the eighth Milwaukee Tool location in the state. (Source: Farm Equipment)
